Managing Director

As an electrical contractor and hazardous area specialist, Trent has an enviable reputation in the shutdown and maintenance space. Trent has worked in mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors for the past 17 years, involved in the planning, design, development, construction and management across a wide variety of works and operations. Trent has developed a unique perspective into the complexities of conducting maintenance and shutdowns safely and cost-effectively. Working with teams in supervisory positions has honed his talents in building happy, motivated teams to increase productivity, job success and, above all, safety.

Having worked with major companies, including BHP, Rio Tinto, Woodside, Inpex, and Chevron, in onshore and offshore roles, Trent is highly regarded not only for his thorough knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems but also for his understanding of the scheduling, supervision, logistics, and structured maintenance processes needed keep costs controlled, timelines met, and plants effectively maintained, brought back online, and running efficiently.
Trent has remarkable proficiency in managing teams, overseeing critical projects and shutdowns, and easing the maintenance burden of operations to allow clients to focus on production over chasing behind-schedule maintenance and dealing with all-too-common schedule overruns.
